Somatic Therapy

Body wisdom is the greatest guide we each have to unlocking a life that feels authentic, liberated and satisfying. It is the key to shedding your past, your blocks and your wounds and discovering a world of freedom within yourself.

My 1:1 somatic therapy sessions are designed to guide you into yourself to uncover the answers that may have felt hidden. My unique therapeutic approach blends together modern psychotherapy and parts work, with movement, breath, yoga and somatic tools to help you process and release what stories have been stored in your body, bringing you back to who you were always meant to be.

Somatic therapy sessions are offered with the option of an add on integration session, providing guided nervous system care and regulation following the deep release of our time together in session.

Nervous System Integration

When our bodies release the deep wounds and stories they have been holding, the aftermath can leave us feeling raw, tired and vulnerable. These standalone integration sessions give your nervous system the soft space to rest and restore.

Using restorative yoga practices, guided meditation and deep rest, this is a place for the space to be held for you, so you can completely let go and allow your body to repair. These sessions can be booked individually if you feel your nervous system needs tending to, or added to the end of a Somatic Therapy session to gently guide you back into the home of your body.

Wellbeing Coaching

For the woman who is at a loss with what direction to take her health, who knows vibrancy and vitality are waiting for her, but who feels stuck on how to get there. 

In our current world there is an over-saturation of external advice about diet, movement, productivity, even recovery, with no acknowledgement of the unique needs of each of our individual natures. All this noise surrounding what we should be doing is leaving women fatigued, frustrated and disconnected from the intuitive knowing that already lives within.

The 1:1 Wellbeing Sessions offer a space of relief. Using somatic inquiry and gentle coaching, we will work together to bring you back to your centre, and from there build an understanding of the lifestyle and practices that will best support your unique needs to thrive.

You do not have to outsource your wellbeing, the answers are already inside you. In these sessions, I serve to return you there.
